Job Overview:
Operation manager is responsible for overseeing teams of employees and motivating them to complete their job duties effectively, include training new employees and providing team members with daily objectives. Developing and implementing reward systems to motivate employee productivity and communicating with upper management to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.
• Developing procurement plans based on strategic business objectives, including identifying suppliers and negotiating contracts with them
• Developing methods of evaluating supplier performance based on quality of product or service, price, delivery time, or other factors that affect customer satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations by conducting audits of suppliers’ records
• Preparing reports on bids received from suppliers and evaluating the bids’ compliance with government regulations
• Reviewing requisitions and purchase orders to ensure that they are complete and accurate
• Reviewing bids from suppliers to ensure that they are reasonable in terms of price, quality of product, and delivery time
• Developing new products for commercial use based on customer needs and desires
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers on behalf of the company or organization purchasing the product or service
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that orders are delivered on time
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responding to business emails Professionally Checking email regularly.
- Preparing daily business reports and submit it before deadline
- Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, text and emails.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office under the supervision and guidance of the supervisor/customer - service manager and in accordance with the applicable customer service guidelines/procedures.
Document all calls
- Provide feedback to help improve scripting and process to Supervisor
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work
- Solving Clients and business problems using modern problem-solving thinking.
- Accuracy with all data entry.
- Professional business manners in dealing with the clients and the team.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Fluency in English is a MUST, B1.
