Responsibilities & Duties: – Responding to business emails Professionally Checking email regularly. – Preparing daily business reports and submit it before deadline – Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, text and emails. – Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. – Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office under the supervision and guidance of the supervisor/customer – service manager and in accordance with the applicable customer service guidelines/procedures. Document all calls – Provide feedback to help improve scripting and process to Supervisor – Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work – Solving Clients and business problems using modern problem-solving thinking. – Accuracy with all data entry. – Professional business manners in dealing with the clients and the team.
