Position Title: Business Developer

Reports To: CEO

Job Overview:

The Business Developer is a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing growth opportunities for the company. The Business Developer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  2. Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  3. Partnerships and Alliances: Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  5. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable deals and contracts.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact business growth and profitability.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates for the CEO and executive team on business development activities, progress, and results.

Job Requirements and Skills:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the [industry/sector].
  3. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and proposals.
  5. Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with clients, partners, and vendors.
  6. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  8. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  9. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  10. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others towards common goals.
  11. Location: comfortable with our location in Shorouk city.
